Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming and machine setup in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NC code, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM, SolidWorks, and Esprit.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with validating processes and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC equipment across multiple sites for milling, turning and grinding of medical devices.
• Analyze drawings to determine cuts, tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Participate in process development projects and DFMs with teams.
• Revise programs to improve efficiency and meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Quality Engineering for Process Control Plans and inspections.
• Machine setup for first article parts and short-run NPIs.
• Design fixtures for post-processing operations.
• Adhere to TOMZ Quality Management System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
