This role involves independently performing advanced-level materials testing and special inspections at commercial and industrial construction sites. Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in construction observation or special inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing on large commercial and industrial construction sites.
• Prepare daily inspection and test reports.
• Review inspection and test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with training and mentoring of less experienced staff.
• Work with engineers and clients to ensure specifications are being followed.
