Woodward Inc. is hiring a CMM Programmer to operate and program CMM equipment, interpret blueprints, and ensure inspection procedures meet process controls. The role includes supplier interaction, technical communication, and involvement in NPI activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years experience in CMM programming/inspection.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of blueprints.
• Ability to read micrometers and gauges.
• Experience with PC-DMIS or similar programming software.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machine and maintain CMM work instructions.
• Program and inspect parts; analyze measurements and documentation.
• Coach and mentor suppliers on inspection procedures.
• Communicate project status and findings to team.
• Support Early Supplier Involvement for new products.
