Job summary

Castelion is seeking a CMM Programmer and Dimensional Quality Inspector to support manufacturing and assembly of precision components for long-range hypersonic strike vehicles. This hourly, non-exempt role is based in our Torrance facility, focusing on developing CMM inspection programs and performing dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications throughout production.

You will program CMMs, align CAD models, generate inspection reports, and support FAI per AS9102 requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years on PC-DMIS and CMMs in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Ability to debug and optimize CMM inspection programs from drawings/CAD models.
• Experience with GD&T and first article inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and execute CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS.
• Program CMM routines for complex geometries and GD&T callouts.
• Create inspection programs for repeat production parts and first article inspections.
