Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MS, or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in biopharma CMC development with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading programs through commercialization including NDA filing and launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End CMC leadership & cross-functional integration with clinical, regulatory, QA, supply chain, and finance.
• Develop and manage comprehensive CMC budgets and financial planning.
• Oversee external manufacturing strategy: CMOs/CDMOs selection, onboarding, and governance.
• Serve as GM for the CMC program: ensure delivery against timelines, cost, and quality objectives.
