Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharma/biotech with project management responsibility.
• 2+ years PM leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced PM support for multiple drug development and LCM projects.
• Lead PPDST team meetings and drive deliverables.
• Ensure tools, reports and data support accurate resource estimates.
• Support knowledge management communications for PPDST teams.
• Identify and manage process improvement projects.
