Qualifications

• 3+ years of composite manufacturing experience.
• Experience with operations/product line management.
• Demonstrated direct or indirect leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale production processes for Ceramic Matrixed Composites.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive production efficiencies.
