Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC (KBRA) is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) credit analyst to join its CMBS New Issuance ratings group at its New York City headquarters. You will conduct property cash flow and loan analysis, author publish reports, and present credit analyses for various CMBS transactions.

The role involves end-to-end execution, presenting to senior management and external banks, and preparing comprehensive reports, with site inspections across the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree and CFA progression are a plus.
• Five+ years of CRE debt underwriting or CMBS securitization experience.
• Proficient in conducting extensive analysis in Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct CRE property cash flow, valuation, and loan credit analysis across CRE types.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution and credit analysis.
• Present and defend analysis to senior managers, credit committees, and external banks.
• Prepare externally published comprehensive transaction reports.
• Manage multi-party workstreams and internal/external coordination.
• Conduct property site inspections across the U.S. and related meetings.
