Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMA and CNA staff across shift including lunch coverage.
• Orient CMA/CNA staff and coordinate CMA onboarding schedule.
• Provide EHR training and basic clinical procedures (rooming, intake, CLIA testing).
• Ensure Clinical Competency list is completed before 90-day evaluation.
• Train staff on EHR upgrades and workflow changes.
• Perform office duties within CMA scope as needed.
• Lead daily huddle in respective area.
• Support provider coverage as needed during absences.
• Monitor task boxes for completion and documentation accuracy.
