Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our DSX team to build tooling that validates AI infrastructure for production readiness. You will work on cluster readiness, certification tooling, and open-source projects across Kubernetes and Slurm.

You will design, implement, and benchmark systems, ensuring reproducibility and auditable results while collaborating with cloud partners and platform teams. Strong Go/Python skills and HPC familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering building infrastructure or HPC systems.
• Strong Go and Python skills with production-grade services.
• Deep Linux, containers, and Kubernetes knowledge; experience with operators.
• Experience with Slurm and GPU cluster fundamentals.
• Experience benchmarking distributed systems with rigorous measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cluster readiness and certification tooling.
• Implement Go and Python tooling for Kubernetes and Slurm.
• Develop benchmarks and workloads across NCCL, compute, storage, training, inference.
• Create provenance pipelines producing signed, auditable results.
• Integrate new GPU platforms and schedulers into tests.
• Collaborate with platform, networking, and cloud teams to fix gaps.
• Contribute to open-source Cluster Readiness Engine and related docs.
• Author design documents and runbooks.
