• Prepare and deploy solutions by designing device specifications, standards, and code.
• Evaluate code for quality, maintainability, compliance with industry standards, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Mentor software engineers to develop talent and awareness.
• Adopt best practices by evaluating cutting-edge development tools, programming paradigms, and cloud services.
• Perform other work responsibilities as directed by management.
