Job summary

You will guide strategic discussions with senior leadership, craft adoption plans, and ensure operational health and resilience of customer environments. This role involves travel and close collaboration with Enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for distributed systems environment — compute/storage/networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to drive issue resolution and customer outcomes.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
