Job summary

Linchpin Software LLC is seeking a senior Cloud Systems Administrator to lead enterprise systems architecture, modernization, and zero trust security. You will guide IaC, configuration management, disaster recovery, and compliance across hybrid environments, mentoring a team of engineers.

The role emphasizes ownership, craftsmanship, and cross-enclave collaboration in a complex, mission-critical program. On-site Chantilly with partial telework, TS/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments.
• IaC and configuration management with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security controls, compliance requirements, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal authority for enterprise systems architecture and modernization.
• Lead design, automation, and optimization of highly available infrastructure.
• Implement zero trust security principles across cross-enclave environments.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and configuration management across the enterprise.
• Establish governance for disaster recovery and compliance automation.
• Provide strategic leadership for security and operational resilience.
• Mentor teammates on best practices for system administration and automation.
