Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud-based solution experience in AWS or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of customer experience systems engineering and implementation across CX platforms
• 5+ years of customer experience systems design and architecting for voice, video, chat, email, SMS, and chatbot channels
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services across CX platforms

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS customer experience-based solutions
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the team through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
