Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, maintain and support enterprise applications that improve patient experience, clinical efficiency, and operational effectiveness. The role emphasizes cloud-native and traditional platforms, code quality, and collaboration across teams.

You will work with Java, .NET, Python, and Node.js, delivering high-quality solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
5-8 years of related work experience in software development.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages: Java, Python, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript/Typescript.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and infrastructure as a service.
Familiarity with AI/Gen AI tools and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications across traditional, cloud-native, and container platforms.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and BILH initiatives.
Provide code reviews and assist/train intermediate developers as needed.
Debug software and ensure documentation is updated.
Provide on-call support as needed.
