Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Cloud Computing Specialist (CCS) – Subject Matter Expert to lead IA/C&A efforts for cloud environments supporting IOEE/IOSEE. You will apply RMF, NIST SP 800-53/800-37, and FedRAMP to assess controls and guide secure cloud adoption.

This senior role requires five+ years in C&A and a DoD IA background, with a Secret clearance. The position offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and opportunity to influence DoD cloud security programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of C&A experience with RMF and NIST guidance.
• Secret clearance required; other clearance levels may apply.
• Certification: IAM Level III – CISSP, CISM, or CCISO or equivalent.
• Demonstrated DoD/DoW IA experience and RMF/C&A applications for large systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for cloud security, IA, and C&A/RMF for IOEE/IOSEE.
• Assess cloud environments against RMF, NIST SP 800-53/800-37 and DoD requirements.
• Apply FedRAMP methodologies to evaluate security controls in cloud systems.
• Identify, manage, and resolve cloud security risks.
• Evaluate security across cloud architecture, data, platforms, applications, and operations.
• Conduct IA control assessments and C&A reviews for large information systems.
• Provide guidance on cloud security, compliance, and risk to engineering and programs.
• Develop security documentation for assessment, authorization, and ongoing compliance.
