Job summary

Interclypse is seeking a senior Cloud Security Architect to design, implement, and manage security across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments at on-site Maryland locations. You will lead the development of secure cloud architectures, enforce security standards, and mentor agency teams on secure adoption.

The role requires 8+ years in IT and 5+ years in cloud security with relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert IaC, container security, and CI/CD security expertise,

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of IT experience with a focus on cloud computing or cybersecurity.
• Five (5) years of hands-on experience architecting and securing large-scale enterprise environments in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• One or more cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate).
• Expert-level knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, container security, and CI/CD pipeline security.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages security for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develops and enforces cloud security standards and guides agency development teams on secure cloud adoption and architecture.
• Optimizes CSPM tools and other cloud-native security services to maintain secure postures.
