Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field with 5+ years of security experience; or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud security, including incident response and IAM concepts.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security solutions in AWS; scripting or development experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and mitigate security issues across Indeed's systems and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Architect, build, monitor, and support security infrastructure in AWS; adapt to cloud-native env.
• Develop and review team metrics in support of security goals and risk posture.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and playbooks; participate in incident responses and on-call rotations.
• Advance Indeed's ZTNA and Endpoint Security domain through tool acquisition or integration.
• Share security trends and guidance with team members and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and triage issues using ticketing systems.
