1. Design, evaluate, and implement security controls within the company’s cloud infrastructure to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
2. Review architectures, develop standards, and participate in design sessions for cloud products and cloud infrastructure services.
3. Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage cloud security risks, and develop cloud security metrics.
4. Cross-functionally collaborate with technology teams to identify and remediate security issues.
5. Provide guidance on security strategies, designs, processes, and technologies within individual cloud environments and for inter-cloud integration.
6. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing.
7. Provide guidance to product and technology teams on cloud security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Progressive, practical information security experience with focus on cloud platforms, container orchestration, automation, product design, and operation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security, networking, and system administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container security.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools, serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with cloud-native security tools such as AWS GuardDuty, Azure Security Center.
• Strong technical aptitude, genuine “ambassador and practitioner” interest in cybersecurity and technology, problem solver attitude.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions and software development, preferably in a regulated B2B environment.
