Job summary

ZeroRISC Inc. is seeking a mid-level to senior Software Engineer to join our security-focused cloud team in Boston, MA. You will design and build scalable cloud services, APIs, and infrastructure that interface with our embedded platform.

You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to deliver reliable, secure software and contribute to system design decisions. You will work with Go and Python, leverage Docker and Kubernetes, and apply modern cloud practices to protect critical IoT and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, system design.
6+ years of full-time cloud infrastructure or cloud service development experience.
Proficiency in Go and Python; Go experience a plus.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud concepts, and RESTful API design.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with senior engineers and product teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and cloud-based services and APIs to support platform functionality and scalability.
Develop software applications interfacing with embedded OS to provide key end-user features.
Identify and resolve bugs; write automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
Stay informed on cloud computing, distributed systems, and secure software practices and apply insights to work.
