Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to join our Cloud Security team. As a Senior Security Consultant, you’ll work with customers to design, implement, and automate AWS security solutions to protect assets and enable security teams to operate effectively.

You’ll lead complex, global engagements, coach junior consultants, and drive security strategy, architecture, and secure cloud operations across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience.
• 5+ years of integration, testing and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical leader for customer engagements and/or the security workstreams of engagements, leading teams of consultants.
• Lead internal initiatives to deliver quantifiable impact
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external leaders
• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Enable and engage delivery partners in project delivery
• Provide mentorship and coaching to develop others
