Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Senior Security Consultant to lead security workstreams, design secure AWS solutions, and mentor consultants on global engagements. Drive security strategy and operations across customer environments.

Role requires deep cloud security expertise, leadership, and collaboration with customers and partners to reduce risk and enable secure cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience.
• 5+ years of integration, testing and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical leader for customer engagements and/or the security workstreams of engagements, leading teams of consultants.
• Lead internal initiatives to deliver quantifiable impact
• Develop strategic relationships with internal and external leaders
• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Enable and engage delivery partners in project delivery
• Provide mentorship and coaching to develop others
