BeyondTrust is seeking a Senior US Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end contract administration for SaaS and software licensing arrangements. You will draft, redline, negotiate, and store agreements, protecting the company while accelerating the sales cycle.

The role requires deep knowledge of contract law, GDPR/privacy provisions, and strong collaboration with sales, finance, IT, and compliance. Prior experience with CLM tools and remote work is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years as a contract negotiator for Cloud/SaaS agreements.
• GDPR knowledge and privacy provisions in agreements.
• Proficient in Word, Salesforce, and CLM platforms.
• Ability to negotiate with Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate Software Agreements for SaaS/Cloud and NDAs.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, and compliance to reflect business needs.
• Utilize CLM platforms to manage contract processes efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; improve templates and workflows.
• Stay informed on technology, cybersecurity, and privacy trends affecting negotiations.
