Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for a cloud-based big data analytics platform. This role, based onsite in St.

Louis, MO, reports to a Manager and collaborates with an agile product team to test cloud-native data processing capabilities on AWS. Relocation incentives are available. Responsibilities include building test automation, creating test data, performing end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years proven experience with testing automation, data queries, and cloud testing.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure testing.
• US Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for cloud-based applications.
• Create comprehensive test plans and strategies for cloud infra, services, data, and apps.
• Monitor and analyse test results to identify patterns and improvements.
• Develop and execute validation, integration, regression, API, performance, and usability tests.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality across the lifecycle.
• Mentor QA peers to improve testing processes and cloud-native test capabilities.
