Job summary

OpenText, a leader in information management, is seeking a Sr. Cloud Applications Developer in Dallas. You will design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure, focusing on Kubernetes clusters, AWS services, and automation with Terraform and Helm.

You’ll work with development teams to ensure reliable, scalable applications and active participation in 24/7 on-call support. The role requires strong Linux administration, cloud security knowledge, and CI/CD expertise, plus effective communication

Qualifications

• Understanding of FedRAMP or NIST Frameworks.
• Cloud Security and Infrastructure Automation
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in Helm charts for Kubernetes application management.
• Solid understanding of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for high availability and scalability.
• Utilize AWS services to build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for deployment and management.
• Use Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration.
• Monitor and optimize Linux/Windows systems for reliability.
