• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud environments.
• Experience with modern observability stack including defining SLOs/SLIs.
• Expertise in managing and configuring Linux and Windows environments.

• Design infrastructure modernization initiatives and manage legacy integrations.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
