Job summary

Oracle Consulting’s Payroll practice seeks a Senior Consultant to partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions that transform how organizations manage their workforce.

You will lead functional design activities, configure Oracle Cloud Payroll, guide customers through testing and deployment, and provide trusted business process recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Two or more full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS applications.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50 to 75% based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to understand business requirements and recommend Oracle Cloud Payroll leading practices.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions that align with customer business objectives.
• Partner with customers to optimize payroll processes and drive adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, integration specialists, and project managers to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions.
• Develop functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
• Support data conversion, testing, payroll validation, production cutover, and post go-live activities.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with Oracle Implementation Methodology.
