Job summary

Scale seeks a Senior Network Engineer to architect and standardize networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Kubernetes ingress/mesh, VPNs, and private connectivity. You will harmonize customer deployments with Scale’s control plane, drive network security, and ensure scalable, auditable patterns across regulated environments.

You will own governance of VPCs, DNS, and edge configurations while partnering with security to enforce zero-trust and compliance requirements in customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of network engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Deep cloud networking expertise on at least two of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Kubernetes networking depth: CNI, ingress, NetworkPolicy, service mesh (Istio/Envoy).
• Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, BGP, routing, firewalls, VPN, TLS.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture for the Scale platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and review VPC architectures, peering, DNS, load balancing, and CDN/edge configurations.
• Define secure, scalable connectivity patterns between Scale's control plane and customer data planes.
• Converge multi-customer designs into a single defensible network model.
• Collaborate with security on segmentation, zero-trust, and compliance.
