Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Build full‑stack features across .NET/C# backend services, React/JavaScript frontends, and SQL data layers to support core product workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems and internal platform services, including third‑party cloud data sources, notification providers, and cross‑team APIs
  • Plan and execute service and data migrations safely, including schema changes, deployment progressions, and feature transitions in a live production environment
  • Apply cloud‑native patterns - containerization, event‑driven architecture, and infrastructure‑as‑code - to deliver scalable and resilient services on Azure
  • Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and drive independent deployments across team‑owned services
  • Use observability tooling - structured logging, metrics dashboards, and distributed tracing - to investigate production issues and advocate for system improvements
  • Triage and remediate security vulnerabilities as part of the team's ongoing security posture work
  • Participate in on‑call rotations, contribute to incident response, and complete follow‑up work to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineers, product managers, and adjacent teams to deliver committed sprint work on a regular cadence
