Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc is looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs in Annapolis, Maryland. This role involves designing and developing scalable, cloud-native web applications using Kubernetes and microservices.

The ideal candidate should have at least 14 years of experience in software engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Benefits include 11 paid holidays and a minimum of 3 weeks PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Minimum of fourteen (14) years of Software Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope.
• Proficiency in developing enterprise applications using Python or Java.
• Experience with web application development frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience developing data pipelines for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications for enterprise analytics.
• Build cloud-native applications utilizing Kubernetes and Docker.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in Agile software development activities.
