Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. is seeking a Principal Cloud-Native Architect with deep hands-on experience in Golang, Kubernetes, AWS and EKS to design and scale enterprise cloud-native platforms.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive platform reliability, and partner with ops and product teams. Requirements include 12+ years in software/IT, strong Go development, Kubernetes architecture, and robust experience with Docker, Helm, CI/CD and GitOps.

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall software/IT experience.
• Strong hands-on Golang development and architecture.
• Extensive Kubernetes and AWS/EKS expertise.
• Experience with Docker, Helm, CI/CD and GitOps.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with AI integration: RAG, MCP/LLM on cloud-native platforms.
• Multi-cluster Kubernetes federation and scalability focus.
• Production troubleshooting, resiliency and high availability.
