Job summary

CACI is seeking a Sr Full Stack Software Developer to join the Makalu contract on critical cloud-native applications. You will design and build Java and JavaScript solutions supporting Situational Awareness and Collaboration capabilities for national security missions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, Linux, Agile practices, and strong system design skills, with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph preferred. Kubernetes, Spring Boot, AWS experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or graduation from an accredited coding bootcamp.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience in Linux environments and modern software development practices.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance Situational Awareness and Collaboration capabilities for critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Implement and work with microservices architecture in cloud environments.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and cloud technologies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
