Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead modernization of GEOINT systems by delivering cloud‑native, data‑driven applications and microservices. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive secure, scalable solutions supporting high‑consequence missions.

You will work with Python, Java/Spring Boot, and AWS, shaping technical direction while governing deployments, CI/CD, and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full‑stack software engineering.
• Experience leading technical delivery or architecture for cloud‑native or distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, C++, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, SQLite).
• Experience deploying solutions on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building secure, high‑performance applications in classified or highly restricted environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full‑stack capabilities across cloud‑native microservices.
• Own major system components and guide the technical roadmap for modernization and cloud adoption.
• Develop distributed, secure, scalable back‑end services using Python, Java/Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
• Architect and govern cloud deployments (AWS), including Kubernetes clusters, IaC, security controls, and reliability patterns.
• Guide teams in DevSecOps execution, including GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, secure coding standards, and supply‑chain integrity.
• Integrate large‑scale data, search, or analytic pipelines, such as Kafka, NiFi, Elasticsearch.
• Partner with product owners, mission users, and cross‑functional engineering teams to define requirements and technical strategy.
• Mentor and support mid‑level and junior engineers; perform code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
