Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Delivery Consultant – Application Modernization to lead design, implementation, and management of AWS solutions for customers. You will drive architecture, migration strategies, and best practices across projects.

You will mentor teams, guide stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery with focus on security, performance, and risk management in cloud modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of consulting, design, and implementation experience in serverless distributed solutions.
• Experience leading application architecture, design, and modernization projects, including cloud-based solutioning, with AI and automation.
• 5+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on one or more cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, etc.
• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
• Lead or serve as a tech lead for high-performing consulting teams.
