Job summary

Cinter Career is seeking a Cloud Logging Integration Engineer for a client in the Japanese Global Automotive Group’s Cybersecurity division. The role is located in Plano, TX, on a contracting basis, with standard CST hours and English fluency required.

You will design and optimize large-scale logging architectures across AWS and Azure, build data pipelines, and implement CI/CD automation. Strong IaC and SIEM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience.
• 2+ years with Terraform.
• 2+ years with Elastic Logstash or similar log processing tech.
• 2+ years with AWS and Azure.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Sentinel or other enterprise SIEM.
• 1+ year with KQL, Python, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Sentinel log ingestion pipelines and Logstash configurations.
• Build and support Azure logging infrastructure (DCRs, DCEs, log tables, rules, Log Analytics).
• Design and manage AWS log collection architectures (S3, ECS/Fargate, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch).
• Develop and optimize KQL queries to validate data ingestion.
• Investigate and resolve log ingestion failures and telemetry incidents across AWS/Azure.
• Develop IaC using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Automate cloud deployments and workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Manage code with GitHub (PRs, reviews).
• Design and maintain integrations using KQL, JSON, Python, Syslog, SQL, REST APIs.
