Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Contact Center Platforms in Plano, TX. You will design and build cloud-native Java/Spring Boot microservices and front-end apps, integrating with AWS, Amazon Connect and WFM systems to optimize contact center operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java full stack development and modern API-driven apps.
• 5+ years of Java, Spring Boot, microservices and REST APIs.
• 3+ years building cloud-native apps with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years using AI Dev Assist tools in the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and front-end apps.
• Build scalable REST APIs and integrate with WFM/CCaaS like Amazon Connect.
• Develop workforce forecasting, scheduling and real-time WFM solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to meet contact center needs.
• Integrate contact center data and optimize routing/workflows.
• Use Node.js for integrations and real-time components.
• Deploy cloud-native apps with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, deployment and support.
• Work with QA to ensure quality and automation coverage.
• Contribute to scheduling optimization with OR-Tools and models.
• Support voice/telephony integrations involving Amazon Connect, Kamailio/FreeSWITCH.
