The Senior IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer will design, implement, and secure hybrid cloud/on‑prem environments, drive automation, strengthen identity controls, and collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure reliability and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant infrastructure, systems engineering, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience managing enterprise identity, directory services, and cloud productivity platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management and device provisioning.
• Experience configuring networking including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, backup, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Ability to automate administrative tasks using scripting languages with Git or similar version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, and storage.
• Manage hybrid identity and core infrastructure services, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage the endpoint lifecycle, including device provisioning, application deployment, configuration, and retirement.
• Improve infrastructure monitoring to identify availability and performance issues early.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects from planning to handoff.
• Implement and improve identity and access controls, including multifactor authentication and Conditional Access.
• Automate onboarding, role changes, and offboarding with timely access provisioning and removal.
• Configure and tune endpoint protection and security monitoring to improve threat detection.
• Identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation based on risk.
