Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience must include IT Project Management and hybrid cloud technologies.
• Linux/Windows administration for cloud projects.
• Virtualized infrastructure management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Agency's technical authority on network technologies and problem determination.
• Collaborate with senior technical and managerial staff on standards, directives, and policies.
• Lead task forces for new technology installations and upgrades.
• Investigate network issues and manage vendor interactions as needed.
• Present technical findings to management and external audiences.
• Develop network documentation and operating guides for supported systems.
