Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to advance the company’s IaC and cloud platforms. You will lead Terraform-driven standardization, automate CI/CD for infrastructure in Azure DevOps, and shape resilient GCP foundations.

This role collaborates with development teams to move from manual processes to codified infrastructure. You’ll mentor teams on IaC best practices, manage Kubernetes/VMS considerations, and ensure scalable, secure cloud architecture across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Infrastructure & Systems Engineering with Terraform focus.
• Deep proficiency with Terraform including module libraries and state management.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Cloud (GCP) environments with VPCs, IAM, and Cloud SQL via IaC.
• Experience building automated IaC pipelines in Azure DevOps with automated plan/apply workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and modernize the global Terraform ecosystem with reusable modules.
• Build Azure DevOps pipelines for infrastructure releases with automated testing.
• Design resilient GCP foundations defined by code, including networking and IAM.
• Provide governance and mentorship on IaC standards and best practices.
