Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Principal Architect – Cloud Foundation to lead enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization using VMware Cloud Foundation.

You will drive design, governance, and delivery of SDDC, cloud management, and automation initiatives in a post-sales consulting context. You will mentor engineers, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and advance security and governance while leveraging Kubernetes, DevOps, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Extensive VMware Cloud Foundation architecture and delivery experience.
• Strong coding/scripting in PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
• Proven leadership of large-scale infrastructure modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery for VMware Cloud Foundation projects.
• Act as SME in Cloud Foundation and related SDDC solutions.
• Provide governance, security best practices, and DevOps alignment.
• Drive presales and post-sales technical leadership and mentoring.
