Job summary

Digital Realty in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. You will partner with infrastructure, network, security, development, and operations teams to deliver scalable, highly available cloud solutions for critical business applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure (required).
• Working knowledge of OCI and GCP in production environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and security controls.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows server workloads.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.
• Develop cloud landing zones aligned with security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Support hybrid and multi-region deployments for enterprise workloads.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud-native services and architectural patterns.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or CloudFormation.
• Automate cloud provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Enforce security best practices (IAM, network security, encryption, logging).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments; design for high availability and DR.
