Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design and optimize cloud infrastructure for AL/ML workloads, including distributed model training, high performance compute, and low-latency inference.

This role emphasizes DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), secure cloud environments across multi-enclave high-security settings, and AI integration, with a Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with <2 years.
• Strong AL/ML experience and AI integration.
• DevSecOps and secure cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architectures optimized for AL/ML compute, storage and networking needs.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability.
• AI integration by designing secure, scalable cloud environments across multi-enclave and high security settings.
