Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and cloud services across environments with emphasis on AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, PE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Linux system hardening and performance tuning expertise.
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud networking know‑how.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (EKS).
• Terraform and infrastructure automation proficiency.
• Scripting in Python and Bash; Git/Jenkins experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging (DataDog/Prometheus/Grafana).
• Strong IAM, VPC, and security group knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Implement GitOps with Flux or Argo CD for drift detection.
• Own Kubernetes as a Service platforms including multi-cluster lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot traffic flows and optimize cloud networking and load balancing.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Automate provisioning and config management with Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
• Maintain IaC and config-as-code across environments with Terraform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, availability, and cost.
• Collaborate with teams and document runbooks and architecture diagrams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive incident response improvements.
