Credit Genie is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE to own reliability, deployments, observability, and incident response across our AWS environment (Kubernetes/EKS) as we scale a mobile-first financial wellness platform.

You will manage Terraform/OpenTofu IaC, leverage AWS CDK, and partner with security to align SOC 2/PCI-DSS controls. Eligibility: startup-scale experience and a hands-on, software-minded approach will thrive.

Qualifications

• DevOps/SRE depth and a genuine backend engineering background.
• Strong hands-on AWS, plus production observability/monitoring experience.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in multiple environments.
• Experience with Terraform or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Experience at an early-stage startup building DevOps/infra from scratch.
• Will to own SOC 2/PCI-DSS compliance work.

Responsabilités

• Own reliability, deployments, observability, and incident response across our AWS environment (Kubernetes/EKS, Datadog, CI/CD, networking).
• Maintain, optimize, and improve AWS infrastructure footprint to scale with needs.
• Own infrastructure-as-code stack (Terraform/OpenTofu); AWS CDK is a plus.
• Reduce vendor lock-in by swappable tooling where sensible.
• Collaborate with security to close gaps and enforce controls in production.
