Job summary

Full Visibility LLC is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer with an Active Top Secret clearance to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance. Responsible for cloud service delivery models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS) and automating cloud resources using DevSecOps practices, while migrating on‑premises apps and ensuring secure, available cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance is required with ability to obtain CI Polygraph eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent with 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of experience as a Cloud Developer.
• Experience with AWS and cloud resources and IaC tools (Terraform or Vault) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux command-line interfaces and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud service delivery models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS).
• Develop automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps practices.
• Migrate on-premises apps to the cloud and secure cloud environments.
• Provide strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization, and availability.

Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer with a Top Secret Clearance to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance.

Individuals selected for this position will be subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination based on their assignment after their start date. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

Responsible for developing the cloud service delivery models and architectural framework to enable platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), and data as a service (DaaS). Able to implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices. Able to analyze applications and make recommendations across multiple area that identify what platforms can move, migrate, and/or be deployed into a cloud environment. Capable of providing strategies for failure/recovery, cost optimization and benefit analyses of cloud, cloud agnostic, and on-site premise services. Responsible for developing and implementing cloud-applications, migrating existing on-premises applications to the cloud, debugging cloud stacks, managing policies for the use of cloud services, requests for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, ensuring appropriate availability/uptime design. Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing cloud software.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance This position will require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor Degree in related field or in in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
• 8 Years of experience working as a Cloud Developer
• Experience with the following:
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Red Hat Enterprise
• Linux and command-line interfaces
• including Bash
• Cloud resources and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform or Vault
• Kubernetes
• DNS
• Load balancing
• TLS

A reasonable salary range for this position is $110K - 200K.
