Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud-based solution experience (AWS or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of customer experience systems engineering and implementation across contact center and CX platforms.
• 5+ years of customer experience systems design and architecting for voice, video, chat, email, SMS/text messaging, social media messaging, self-service, and chatbot channels.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including successful integration across CX and contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS customer experience-based emerging technology solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
