Epsilon is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive the design and execution of core capabilities for Epsilon Clean Room, a privacy-first data collaboration platform. You will partner closely with stakeholders and build scalable solutions leveraging your technical expertise.

Responsibilities include delivering cloud-native applications, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience and proficiency in AWS, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

The base salary ranges from $119,600 to $222,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production applications.
• Proven expertise in distributed systems, microservices design, and building robust REST APIs.
• Strong hands-on proficiency across the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale cloud-native data platforms primarily on AWS.
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, and architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
