Job summary

RiceFW Technologies Inc in the United States is seeking a technical leader to design and deliver reusable cloud-based data products and shared services for enterprise data platforms. The role balances strategy with hands-on engineering, working with solution architects and CISO teams.

You will set engineering standards, build platform services, and promote API-first approaches while guiding teams across agencies to modernize data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience building large scale cloud data platforms
• At least 7 years in modern data architecture, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise security controls for cloud data platforms (IAM, RBAC)
• Proven experience building and operating cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Hands-on DevSecOps with a shift-left security mindset
• Collaboration with Cloud Engineering, CISO and GRC teams to integrate security into platforms
• Data Platform & Services experience including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, containerized apps

Responsibilities

• Define the target enterprise data platform architecture and multi-year modernization roadmap
• Build MVPs and mature cloud data platform with engineering standards and guardrails
• Design secure multi-tenant environments with IAM, encryption, and audit capabilities
• Develop platform services and onboarding patterns for enterprise adoption
• Lead through influence and establish engineering best practices across agencies
