Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 2+ years in Cloud Data Engineering Platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.
• 2+ years in on-prem Data Engineering Platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata.
• Programming in SQL, Python, and PySpark to support data warehousing services.
• Hands-on with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on in troubleshooting data issues.
• Hands-on with performance improvement techniques.
• Willingness to identify and implement process improvements in a fast-paced team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for the Data Warehouse.
• Collaborate with engineering, analysts, data scientists and product teams in an agile environment.
• Support migrations of workloads to the cloud and integrate on-prem systems.
• Develop and optimize data models and schemas for performance.
• Identify and implement data quality improvements and best practices.
