Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience, with 2+ years of development.
• Experience architecting cloud-based data platforms on AWS.
• Strong Python, SQL, and PySpark programming skills.
• Experience designing large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of enterprise data products and platforms aligned with business priorities and technology strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement cloud-native data architectures leveraging AWS services and modern data engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership across the SDLC, guiding teams on architecture, design patterns, and implementation.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and technology partners to align with standards and roadmaps.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, data integration solutions, and data platforms supporting analytics and operations.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to support future capabilities.
• Support architecture governance and contribute to standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence across the team.
• Drive delivery outcomes balancing business needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainability.
